Recently, Harxon Corporation has received feedback from overseas customers, mentioned that they had been contacted from ShenZhen Henking Technology Co.ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Henking). In email and relative materials, Henking claims itself as subsidiary company of Harxon, specified overseas sales channels for Harxon, and the team is made up of Harxon overseas sales staff, etc., this directly misled the business relationship between Harxon and customers, seriously damage to the reputation of Harxon, disrupt industry environment, and violate the legitimate rights and interests of the customers. Hereby, Harxon Corporation solemnly declares:
Harxon has no or any legal relationship with Henking, Henking is not our overseas sales channel, neither Harxon authorized agent. During international business, Harxon hasn't specify any agent company, all business transactions are served by Harxon directly, Harxon provides quality assurance, technical support and after-sales service for the customers who bought products directly from Harxon. Hereby declared.
At the meantime, to relevant enterprises and individuals, stop infringing behaviors immediately. We have hold the evidences, if necessary, will take further legal actions to maintain our legal rights and interests, discipline the infringer to bear civil and criminal responsibilities.
